Most clients return to work the next day. Light workouts may be resumed two weeks after the procedure in most cases. Core exercise may resume at four weeks.
The procedure is done through incisions the width of a pencil eraser. They are so small that only one stitch closes them. All incisions get post-operative PulseDye (PDL) laser treatment to minimize scars. PDL is part of the surgical package.
